Most of this happens above a second storey, where you can't check it. So we photograph it instead.

Before anything moves, we shoot the trough as we found it. That's your starting point and your record.

Clear And Flush

Debris out by hand, then water through every downspout to confirm it actually drains instead of just looking clear.

Fix What We Find

Dried corners resealed, loose sections reattached, missing clamps replaced. Small things now, not a repair call later.
